Change Programme development:
Beginning with the definition of a Target Operating Model, we defined, sequenced and prioritised a 3 year programme of change to take a financial services middle office from a legacy to a state of the art operating model.
Change Function Design and Change Tools and Frameworks:
We have designed, staffed and managed change teams to meet the needs of a global financial services organisation with a large change agenda. This encompassed staffing (from Change Director down to business analyst level), the development and implementation of tools, templates, governance and reporting processes and the introduction of fit for purpose project methodologies. This created a joined up Change Management function capable of managing and tracking change across this global business.
Project turnaround:
Sent into a programme in significant trouble, we conducted a health check and then implemented remedial measures to stabilise and correct the programme approach. Following review, we nonetheless recommended programme cancellation which, once adopted, freed the organisation to progress its critical change agenda.
Diagnostics and process reviews:
Our reviews have spanned a wide range of issues, encompassing, for example: reducing time to market and improving cross functional working for new product development; client take on and servicing process review; consistency of financial instrument pricing. We analysed the situations, identified underlying issues and source causes and then recommended remedial actions.
