Who we are
John Hennessey
Following a degree in engineering, John obtained a rigorous grounding in leadership and management through 10 years in the British Army. Working at Citibank and then Schroders, since 1996 he has worked as a Change professional, initially implementing large-scale organisation, process and system change programmes and later moving into a Group Change Management role for Schroders. In this role he was responsible for the design and implementation of the Change function and involved in the delivery of over 100 projects spanning organisation, process, platform and product change, together with the implementation of firm-wide processes to prioritise and track change delivery and investment spend.
John is a passionate Change Practitioner. He particularly enjoys working with teams as they wrestle with ambiguity and complexity. He brings rigour and enthusiasm to every assignment and a commitment to help find a clear, implementable and successful result every time.
