Marie Lou Griffin
Marie Lou gained a solid foundation in operational management and change from the business recipient's perspective during 10 years with Prudential. She has spent the last 15 years working solely in the change arena, initially in a delivery capacity working on a wide range of business change programmes before moving on to hold a number of Change Management roles in Schroders. In these roles she oversaw the successful implementation of a diverse portfolio of initiatives designed to achieve her client's business goals as well as managing and developing a team of change professionals.
Marie Lou has a post graduate diploma in Change Agents Skills and Strategies. She works with energy and passion; she has a keen focus on delivery and is a creative and strategic thinker, always prepared to look at a problem from another perspective to seek a successful outcome.
